Terms of sale

These terms apply to any service ordered from The Last Line: annual and monthly programs, private lessons, camps and club contracts.

Purpose

These terms govern the provision of goalkeeper training services. Any enrollment implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is done via the website or by email. Payment is made by card, TWINT or Swiss QR-bill. Current prices are published on the Offers page.

Cancellation and refund

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. Refund conditions vary depending on the program (annual, monthly, camp) and are detailed at enrollment.

Liability

The Last Line carries professional liability insurance. The academy cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or non-compliance with instructions by participants.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud.
